I recently stayed at the Le Meridien Hotel in New Delhi, being a complete shock to the system when I first arrived. Looking at its interior, it explains why the taxi was searched and the baggage got x-rayed, all before stepping through the door. This place could be either seen as heaven or a nightmare for an interior designer...
